I bet you know much more about interesting topics than you give yourself credit for. You have a marvelous way with words and expressions, so why not provide more background on how words and/or expressions came to be? Or, write a piece of fiction set on a glamorous train. A mystery perhaps? History is always a topic many find of interest. So, there you have it. Some food for fodder. (Now, can you please explain exactly how did that saying come to be?)

America is filled with loons and I’m glad to see we’re not alone in this. The questions might be idiotic, but at least they gave you food for fodder, eh?

When we got there on sunday big chunks of it were on the ground I would of liked to of got a pic of that on the tower.

oh the deep joy of coming home and finding new words from old arkwright. i can go to sleep a happy bunny now, knowing all is well with the world.

just a thought tho – maybe she was a foreign tourist so perhaps if the notice was also available in other languages, for example,

Daar is geen openbare toilette op die stasie or

Nejsou žádné veřejné záchody na nádraží or

Nav sabiedrisko tualešu uz staciju or

स्टेशन पर कोई सार्वजनिक शौचालय or even

Δεν υπάρχουν δημόσιες τουαλέτες στο σταθμό etc etc

then you wouldn’t get asked such a seemingly daft question……….
